About Tdah Kezako
ADDCA Trained ADHD Coach
Who am I?
Based near Brussels, Belgium, I’m an ADHD life coach with a background in information management from Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB). My career journey reflects my love for new challenges and adapting to fresh environments.
As a family-oriented person, I understand the importance of balance and creating meaningful connections, and I bring this perspective into my coaching.
Outside of work, I’m inspired by travel, literature, and culture, which broaden my outlook and enrich my coaching approach.
Why I became an ADHD coach?
Two years ago, my world shifted unexpectedly. I can still picture myself sitting in the car, holding my daughter's ADHD diagnosis. Feeling lost and overwhelmed, I dove into research. The more I learned, the more I recognized my own lifelong challenges and finally understood that ADHD was part of my story too.. Discovering how differently ADHD can present in women brought clarity to struggles I’d faced since my teenage years.
After a second burnout, I knew it was time for a change. I left my career in IT to pursue something deeply meaningful: helping adults with late ADHD diagnoses navigate the same journey I’ve been on. Receiving a diagnosis as an adult can be disruptive, but with the right support, it’s also an opportunity for growth. My mission as an ADHD coach is to help others reclaim their strengths, rewrite their stories, and step into their fullest potential.
